Hi to all my readers today m going to tell you how you can set your home screen wallpaper without winter board theme because winter board theme makes phone slow. Its a very simple method and we can change our sms background also simply go in cydia and search for the app desktop/sms wallpaper and install it after that go in setting wallpaper and select the picture you want to set when you open the picture you will see "i" at upper left and right corner of the pic left "i" is for sms background and right "i" is for home screen background. :D
